OT: Rutgers scientist wins Lasker Award "American Nobel Prize"

Dr. Evelyn Witkin was awarded the 2015 Lasker Award for basic medical research. The Lasker Award is often considered the American Nobel prize - it is a huge award. Witkin studied the basic mechanisms that prevent DNA damage, which lead to things such as cancer.
