religious exceptions and policies of regular testing for the unvaxed make that mandatory vax, not as much mandatory as a way to stop having to do everything necessary to keep your job if you refuse to be vaccinated and can't get an exception.
Fox has a few things the unvaxed employees must do to work in the company's offices , masks are one, testing another .
If you don't comply, you don't work.

But there are Fox employees that get around that by working from home and not entering any office but their home office.
That includes some on the air commentators.

Don't know if Fox makes the unvaxed who comply with their rules share and health insurance cost that's increased for thir ubvaxed employees, but many companies are said to be doing that and finding that some who are bitterly opposed to mandates are morew opposed tro paying more for their company's health insurance premium and getting vaccinated to avoid paying more for their insurance.

Had a phone interview for an IT job at Vanderbilt last week. He said I needed to get vaxxed and that it was required. I said not happening & I don’t need your money <click> . Felt real proud of myself.
