Get your pitch ready. Already have mine: need to figure out a way to get airports to agree to open up "Gentlemen's Clubs" on site. Tons of well-to-do guys, often out of town, with an hour or two to kill before their flight - gold mine (I'm sure there's no way of ever getting this approved, which is why I have no issue sharing the idea). Just need a way to keep the pilots out, lol (or don't serve alcohol). Here's the email that was sent to students/alumni...

Shark Tank,
the critically acclaimed, business-themed show is continuing the search for the
best entrepreneurs with the best businesses and products that America has to
offer. The Emmy-winning show features The Sharks - tough, self-made,
multi-millionaire and billionaire tycoons who give budding entrepreneurs the
chance to make their American dreams come true; potentially securing deals that
could make them millionaires.

If you've
got a great product or business and need an investment to propel you forward,
Rutgers Business School is providing you the opportunity to meet the casting
team of Shark Tank. If you are interested, please send a one page executive
summary (include name of business, number of years in business/stage of the
business, problem, solution, traction you have received, team makeup and
overall a compelling story) to Jasmine Cordero, jcordero@business.rutgers.edu
no later than April 3, 2015.

This
audition is open to ALL Rutgers students and alumni. Slots are limited. Those
selected to pitch will receive email notification with further instructions on
the audition time and location.

it is a good show but I hate when you get these entrepreneurs who just use it for publicity. I have seen a few recently that were from top MBA schools that have out of this world valuations and would not negotiate at all.

The one that looked really interesting though was the Drexel student that created an "App" to find college grants and scholarships. That kid will be a millionaire in no time when some big company offers to buy his app and customer base. I can see a Princeton Review type company interested in that.

I saw that episode. Lori and Daymond cornered him and offered him before the tech guys (Mark Cuban and Robert) could find out how it really works on the back end. If you look at the reviews of that app online the majority of people say the app isn't even worth the $1.

I enjoy the show for what it is, but I don't think the desire for publicity is limited to the hopeful entrepreneurs.

How long before Kevin tells her he's dead to her?

Not long after he tells her "you're dead to me".
