Anyone on here have any experience taking Beta Alanine/Carnosyn as a supplement?
I am researching the possibility of adding it to my basic supplement regimen of green tea extract, fish oil and protein shakes. There looks to be some peer reviewed science behind it, but I would love some 1st hand feedback.
