OT: Two IT Job Opportunities at Rutgers - Tech Support and Supervisor positions

I am the Unit Computer Manager of tech support for Institutional Planning and Operations department at Rutgers (Rutgers IPO). Rutgers IPO support the people who design, furnish, and support all infrastructure on all three campuses. We also support the Rutgers Police Department.

I am currently looking to fill two positions:

Unit Computing Specialist
This is an entry level support position. This position answers calls and tickets submitted by the user community. We image machines, perform break/fix, install software, and work on various tech projects. For a complete description please see link below.

Unit Computing Specialist - Supervisor
This position has all the roles and responsibilities of the Unit Computer Specialist but also has a supervisory component that will work with myself (the Unit Computer Manager) to monitor tickets, set and guide policy, as well as other supervisor tasks. No, our department is only allowed to hire directly through the jobs.rutgers.edu site. We don't do headhunters or contract to hire.
