OT: UFC 189

I admittedly had a mild interest in the UFC prior to saturday night. Had some friends over, so I ordered UFC 189. Man, am I glad I did. Many are calling it the best main card ever. Some incredible battles that had all of the drama sports fans look for. I even used the Lawler/MacDonald fight as a teachable moment for my 8 year old - "this is what can happen if you get in a fight". Think I scared the crap out of him :boxing:

I almost posted something similar. I was never in to UFC but two buddies offered to pay for it if I ordered it. I'm glad I did. Those last two fights were amazing. Beats the hell out of boxing. No pun intended.

The whole PPV card was great. The last two was epic and the Lawler/MacDonald fight was one of the greatest fights I have ever seen.
