Going to the game and have never been to stadium. What is the parking situation like? See a lot of parking passes on stub hub so not sure if I should do that or just look for gameday parking. Any help appreciated. Thanks

Tons of parking. Passes only required in the lot right next to stadium. There are also lots where no tailgating is allowed. They save that lot for the late arriving crowd.

WhiteBus is correct. Most parking is cash. Have you ever been to a Phillies or Flyers/Sixers game? All stadiums are in the same area and use each others parking lots for game day events. In addition to the stadium parking lots, there are a bunch of warehouses in the area that open their lots for cash parking. I live in Morris County and it usually takes me 1.5 hours to get home from a Giants-Eagles game in Philly and just about the same amount of time to get home from a Giants-Eagles game in East Rutherford (even though it is 35 miles closer to home). It is very easy to get close to stadium parking in Philly and very easy to get out and onto the highway.

I have not been to a game in Philly in over 15 years. I won't be getting there until around 7:00 and will be with a 10 year old, so don't want to have to park to far.
Will I be able to get into a cash lot fairly close at that time or should I just get a pass on stubhub?

I go to several Phillies games each year. There is plenty of FREE on street parking BUT be VERY careful to read the signs. Also, they seem to be selective about when they give out tickets--went to about a dozen games or so and then one night they gave me and about 30 other cars parking tickets.

Parking is $40 per car and there's tons of spots available. Check out this map at the link below and get a feel for where you'd want to park. If you click on the links to each lot on the right hand side and it'll give you directions on how to get out of the lots after the game. Last year they started doing specific routes for all of the lots to try to get everyone out of the stadium area quicker.
