We should know our lot assignments within the next week. Anyone care to guess how many points the different lots will require?

Looking at last year () I'm going with.....

Scarlet - 110 (96)

Green - 85 (71)

Yellow - 75 (64)

Blue - 40 (31)

Purple - 30 (23)

Black - 20 (13)

Tan, Silver, Lt Blue - 5 (1)

My guess is that Scarlet and green go up very little if at all but that yellow perhaps even goes above green and blue goes up significantly, perhaps even to 50 PPs.

I'm going to guess that the new minimum donation requirement will actually push down the priority point cut off for the high lots, as some people with longevity points don't hit the donation minimum.

Scarlet - 90 (96)

Green - 66 (71)

Yellow - 60 (64)

Blue - 36 (31)

Purple - 28 (23)

Black - 14 (13)

Tan, Silver, Lt Blue - 1 (1)

I do not think may of them go up that much. One of the reasons for the enourmous jump last year was the seat License.

I guess a lot depends on (1) how many people received 5pts for renewing early and to a lesser degree, (2) donated Bowl Game ticket points.

I did neither so I think I'm screwed this year. LOL
e5,

Just pull up in this bad boy and you can park wherever you want. Not only is it our Rutgers color (replete with fixer-upper areas), it is totally you. I am jealous.

God bless anyone excited to pay either $40 or $50 a game on top of a donation to park a car.
I'm begging to stay in a $30 lot.

I'm excited to finally be playing big time football against some of the best teams in the country. If that means paying $40-$50 on top of donations to park then so be it.

I posted a while back they had screwed up my points as of 4/30. I've been assured it will be correct when they put out the #s and make assignments this week. We'll see..

That's a sweet truck. Got an old Fire Extinguisher from my Grandma's Estate that would fit that perfect.

Rutgers better watch this price increase of parking. To park in the blue, lot besides points, the parking comes to $121 dollars a game,I do not think the demand is that high. It will be interesting to see if they stick to the requirements for each lot. I think there is going to be a lot of people stepping down to a lower lot, its going to be interesting to see which lot will not be able to meet the demand and what happens to those people.

Don't forget, the seat donation requirement and any other donations you make count toward the minimum donation needed for parking. The minimum donation for each lot is NOT an additional fee.

I don't think that they will lower the minimum donation requirements for each lot. They picked the minimum knowing that there were more than enough people to fill each lot. If fact, I expect to see people complaining that they gave more than the minimum for a lot, but still got shut out because they didn't have enough priority points. (Don't forget, your parking pass eligibility for each lot is based on meeting all 3 requirements: 1. Number of season tickets purchased, 2. Donations to R Fund, and 3. Priority Points.)

I was told there'd be a final update at the end of June/beginning of July so don't worry about the site not showing points right now.

Thanks.

BTW I just got a notification from my CC that Rutgers Athletics just charged me $140. So what lot did I get? Anyone care to guess?

someone will correct me but I believe that means a $40 lot. What's that Blue or Purple? I was charged $70 so I guess I'm in Black.
