peppers says that Ohio st. Is soft and that Michigan will out physical them. States they can't take the physicality and Michigan will take it to them.

my contribution.

If Peppers has a huge game on D, O and Specials leading Michigan to a big win, he could win the Heisman Trophy. I told my friends when he was a freshman at Bosco, he would become a 4 or 5 star prospect. By his junior year I told the same friends, he'd be an All American in College. By his senior year at PC I told them he'd contend for a Heisman Trophy if his College Coach let him play O, D and Specials. Give Harbaugh credit for fully utilizing his talents. Just sucks it wasn't here at RU.

I remember having a debate here with RU Hudson when Peppers was a jr or senior that he might be the best DB ever to come out of NJ. Hudson claimed Will Hill was still better as he had shown what he could do at Florida. He was right, Peppers hadn't arrived in college yet.
Now that I think of it, Peppers still has a ways to catch Passaic HS Jack Tatum. 2x AA, and multiple year NFL All Pro. Made some all century teams as well.

Peppers may eventually become one of the best players to ever come out of Jersey, but you do realize he's not even considered the best ***DB*** at Michigan, right?

He's an outside LB now. Not sure where he'll wind up in the NFL. Probably free safety. I'm not a fan of his mouth or some of his antics, but recognize talent when I see it. He'll probably be the best player on the field saturday, and possibly the highest draft pick as well.

Peppers has 60 tackles and 4 sacks, the fact his name is even mentioned in the heisman convo is disrespectful to all previous winners, hes not in their stratosphere. Wanna talk about his offensive stats? 2 of his 3 tds were against or horrid defense and more than half of his offensive yards are against our defense. Most overrated player in college football. Complete liability in coverage, kinda like ryan gosling in remember the titans

I really dislike the guy's attitude but have to admit he is an amazing talent.

He is just repeating what he recalled that his coach said in the locker room. He forgot that his coach said what is said in the locker room stays in the locker room.

He's probably the least physical LB that anyone talks about and he's gonna call people soft? The whole first half of MSU game the announcers said the game plan is to run right at him. He excels on elite athleticism...he can't get off blocks. He's too small.

Turns out @ruhudsonfan was right since Peppers is a LB. It's also quite commendable that you projected a kid who dominated the best HS conference in the country as a freshman a future 4 star.

This season will be the only season (probably) Peppers isn't exclusively a DB. He's played DB this season , as well as about 8 others.

"NFL.com’s college football writer Chase Goodbread wrote an article on Monday reporting coach Jim Harbaugh believes Peppers will run a 40-yard dash time “in the 4.3 range”.

That type of speed screams wide receiver or defensive back.

Mark Snyder of the Detroit Free Press reported in his Michigan vs Michigan State postgame writeup that Jabrill Peppers played ten different positions against the Spartans. He played mostly at linebacker, some at cornerback, nickelback, wildcat quarterback, safety, H-back, punt return and kick returner.'

He makes his plays chasing down runners and coming completely free and untouched on blitzes.

There is no way a team is going to waste the #1 pick on a player that plays soecials, some offense but does not dominate at his future position

I don't care if he runs a 3.7 forty. He doesn't have the hips to play DB in the B1G much less the NFL.

Peppers is going to be the most hated person in the NFL from Day 1. He's got talent - unbelievable talent - but he's a freakin' loud-mouth douche bag.
The most hated that a stretch, too many players ahead for him to jump to the front of the line.I think he is a smart kid who will embrace the opportunity and become a marketing machine.
