Peter Kiss COMMITS to Rutgers

I am happy for the staff, players, and us fans.

Kiss can turn into a great player for Rutgers. When introduced to some work outs, he can be a 11, 3, 3 player next year and up.

I look forward to getting to the RAC next year. Kiss has to wait a year, correct?Still, the RAC will be a sweet place.

He has to sit out next season.

Nice, welcome. Coach's Pikiell, Knight, and Hobbs will teach Kiss for a year as a redshirt transfer.

[cheers]

That's a huge guess. Most will tell you that if he becomes a decent rotation player the last couple years that will be more than satisfactory.

Sounds like a good get, good size. I hate the rutgers is going in the right direction stuff, like he is coming from Kentucky lol

Best of luck to Peter. I hope he can have a nice career at RU. Now we must fill out our 2 remaining ships with 2 guys who can immediately help us as well as getting guys for 2018.

Who knows if he'll be starter or not, but I wouldn't be surprised or disappointed if he got a lot of minutes and made a significant contribution. Great job by staff.

Kiss at 6 5, Baker at 6 4/5. The program finally has guards with height and length. Exciting times to come in the future for the program.

Rac is ready for liftoff.

Spotted him and the staff last night at Steakhouse 85. Glad it paid off!

Yes, nice pickup. I really like that he had two of his best games against Gonzaga and Seton Hall. Tells me he is the type of guy who embraces the challenges put in front of him. Now it's up to Knight, Hobbs and Young to improve his game and get him Big 10 ready.

Watching this kid develop will be fun to watch...practicing with our staff for one year then playing three seasons. Apparently, tough and extremely competitive should only get better and has good size which gives coach the option of playing three guards at times. Knights1212 pointed out that he missed last 17 3pt attempts... "freshman wall "for kid who avg 30 min a game!! I think the potential is there for a very nice player ......welcome welcome Peter!!!!!!

This kid will be crucial for replacing Williams after next season.

I trust he improves his 3 pt shot.

A lot to like about Kisses game.

The more I watched video on Peter the more I thought he could help us. The kid hates to lose and has a bit of an attitude to want to win. I look forward to him playing a lot. I think with him getting quite a few rebounds and his height he could play a lot as a swing, 3rd guard or small forward whatever you want to call it.

Was thinking the same thing. I bet we will hear a lot from practices next year. You can see the potential, and with the proper strength and conditioning.....just saying.

But how about D? anyone have a clue. Looks like he will have to work on his footwork, but that is where a year off will help.

The big thing about Kisses game is that he is a competitor. Kids like that do not want to get beat often. He will get better having to guard someone like Sanders. You will naturally get more athletic. He will defend well though at RU if he wants to play. That's just the way the Rutgers staff sees it.
