The other four players (Ruhann Peele, Nadir Barnwell, Razohnn Gross, Delon Stephenson) were arrested for assault, riot and conspiracy to commit a riot. In the state of New Jersey, a riot charge is given to a person who engages in fighting, is threatening violence, or creating a dangerous condition with four or more other people." I heard this as the date of the “riot” April 25. And someone got a broken jaw<< major point.
Now assault charges and inciting a riot, sounds like a fight at an off campus party. With a person who had to get hospital attention (broken Jaw), from a fight i.e. the police had to be notified as an assault had occurred . So when does it take 4 months to get an arrest of known jocks? That is the first red flag. The next is Boggs and the date of the home invasion. BTW was he also charged with theft/assault/attack/damage of said premises? (not defending this but was this something less then what is present here (a fight with x girlfriend etc.), as the “conspiracy to commit a riot” that charge is a bit over the edge for a college fight) but both is for the courts. So we assume this home invasion was at a different time then the Riot (fighting) event. So why do the police make arrest for two different incidents 3 days before the start of the season Why not April 26th or 30th or May or June or July or August? The police themselves take instructions from their superiors such as Chief of police or DA or someone else in a position of power chose this date.
