I was never a fan of his coaching, but as long as he ran a clean program and was a decent man..

As I've stated in prior posts before this investigation came to light, I didn't think Flood was the right person to lead RU as the football coach.

RU needs to get the right hire. Don't worry about the committed kids. The important thing is to get the right coach for RU. It would be helpful if the new coach has links to NJ or be familiar with the area.

DO NOT listen to NJ hs coaches in regards to coaching candidates. The hs coaches also loved Flood, but their kids went out of-state...
