Flood a nice guy and a good man who lacks control of the program. A leader must be held accountable for what happens to their program.

Too much damage has occurred for Kyle to remain. A humane and respectable way needs to be found for Kyle to leave ASAP.

Appoint an interim coach and begin a national search. Major donors can't be expected to contribute to a program in disarray. We need a fresh start especially with the plan to raise money for the new facility. Act decisively and quickly.
