That's the thing. My unqualified opinion of NBC sports is that they're among the best, if not THE best, at what they do. Their productions are top notch. I'd love to see them handle B1G sports. In my eyes, they've taken a back seat in recent years due to their lack of major sports contracts. I know soccer, hockey, auto racing and the like are popular among certain market segments, but very little (outside of the olympics) of what NBC shows these days makes me stop and watch. I only watch Notre Dame games (parts of them) if they're playing another team I think has a good shot at beating them. NBC needs a better sports lineup to showcase some of the best production quality you'll find anywhere.
