They can’t collect “personallly identifiable information” without consent. Such as IP address.

You’ll notice it on some websites in the US too.
If the company is global and subject to European regulation then their global website will ask about cookies acceptance.

Hart/Teel/Savage/Dodd/Nova on his first run through- no heisman's but not horrible. 2 QB's made it to the show
2.0- Vedral has been his best...so, if you are really only saying 2.0, then it isn't that far off but during 1.0 - he did pretty well

You may be correct, but think about Harbaugh at Michigan. How many good ones did he have that made it to the next level.
Think about the "legendary" Nebraska over the Frost years. These coaches were both QBs too.
Maryland has had one solid QB in the same 10 years RU has been in the B1G.
It's easy to cast stones. It's harder to find pearls among those stones, isn't it?
