Ques. for talent experts re. local community colleges

For those of you who know talent (which I do not), say you draw a three hour radius around Piscataway.Can you find players as good as or better than Okoro and Etou at community colleges in the state and area that can qualify academically for Rutgers ?

Not in NJ for the most part-----NJ JC's are D-2 JC's a level down without scholarships. Brookdale won the National Championship 2 years ago but really didn't have a D-1 kid----just alot of good D-2 and D-3 players.

Monroe CC up in New Rochelle has had some good players as have a few in NYC but for the most part there isn't much in this region.

Texas , California , Florida , Iowa and Kansas are the most fertile recruiting grounds for JC players.

Joel Salvi, from Allegany in Maryland, was the last excellent JuCo player at RU from a school within a short driving distance.

According to Rivals, the only JUCO or PREP (PG) player in that Atlantic East that has offers is Mamadou Diarra. You can do a search in BB recruiting.
