RAC - Student Section Sold Out for rest of the Season

It looks like there will be another large group of football recruits on campus this weekend. Now that the students are back and the student section is "sold out," will RU let recruits who sit like statues take up nearly one-third of the student section like they did for the IU game? I, for one, hope not.

Where have our pathetic students been the last thirty years? 70,000 students and a large majority of games they didn’t even bother to fill half of a junior high school bleacher.

So? Has ZERO to do with now. If the demand is there those seats should go to the students. Period.

AYN, I guess we will have to agree to disagree on this. I think it is great that football or other sports recruits use some of those seats. And yes, I would be fine if recruits for other sports used some seats at football games. Hopefully Pat Hobbs can find some money to squeeze in another 1-2,000 seats in The RAC in the near future.

I hear you. But, rest assured, winning cures everything. There are not many universities that attract large amounts of student fans with teams that get their asses kicked year after year.
