We have heard Ash say "change the culture" numerous times. Admittedly I never really understood what it all meant until now. I found the article very enlightening.
One thing that stuck out to me is it appears "the culture" didn't just apply to the team or facility. For a long time there have been accusations of problems throughout the AD, that there were folks whose only agenda was keeping their job even if it meant throwing RU under the bus to do it. From Ash's statements it sounds like there was a St Valentines massacre throughout the department. Good job Messrs. Hobbs and Ash.
