Post-NFL Draft and Spring Game, you cannot help but notice the talent gap between us and the rest of the B1G. Even 1-11 Northwestern had 4-5 players drafted by NFL teams. We had just 1 player (Braswell) and he transferred in from Temple. The positive, everyone we play will have lost more quality talent than we did. Also, we played a lot of younger guys and eventually they should pay dividends on both sides of the ball (Defense has already benefitted from young talent).
All that said, where do we expect to see some attrition now that Spring Practice is over? Do you think we have any chance of bringing in some better talent at LT, TE, and WR?
