there are 3 pages discussion on the round table where people are wildly speculating, totally bashing Flood and Julie based on wild speculation and no facts. Both were rumored out the door before this happened., yet they are creating a timeline that said this was why it happened. Also I am not even sure that either given what had happened earlier in the year were given authority to even handle these issues, remember all that Flood stuff got passed up beyond Julie. I am no Kyle fan but I dont think he needs to get bashed here unless someone has facts. Why didnt this girl report to the authorities and only know there is a civil case?

I think Flood must have had a session with game film on "how to get your date drunk and tag team her". And Flood must have run that by Julie first.

This is why that "too drunk to consent" thing was just a slippery slope. You know guys have gotten drunk and gone home with gals they should not have.. even ex-girlfriends. But you'll never see a lawsuit or arrest based on the male being too drunk to consent.

They criminalized drunken hook-ups... and virtually every college student in America is a criminal, with the possible exception of those making excuses for Drew Mehringer's offense.

The legal team will not have to prove it. The university will just settle because men were involved and having men on campus is prima facia proof of a sexist and sexually hostile environment.
