No question.Have to agree here. I could even see Wolf some games with Gav off the bench for a spark. But I think honestly that guard combo is a big key. Noah had expectations but just doesn't look like he can create at this level.

Play is awful to watch. Pike bears some responsibility here; just look totally unprepared.
Yea, give the worst player on the floor more minutes. He has Jacob Young's out of control style with half the skill. No, he needs more minutes so he can return to the player he was the last 6 games last year. Noah and Austin are not Big 10 level players. Simpson has already proven that he is.
This is the major issue…doesn’t ever look goodWhy is offense such a foreign concept to literally every Rutgers sport?
This is also what you get when you have to replace two experienced college asst. coaches (Young, Hobbs) who know how to teach the game with a couple of AAU guys, who mostly have a lot of talent and just let kids play. From a teaching perspective, the overall staff is weak.Play is awful to watch. Pike bears some responsibility here; just look totally unprepared.
Spot on…no TEAMExcited to watch individual contributors grow this year, but as a team this current iteration of Rutgers basketball is not a very fun watch
Bryant has one player with 3PFs and 3 with 2PFs in a 7 man rotation that played 194 minutes out of 200 vs Manhattan, they wont be able to keep this close.
Who’s the second? And we have a 10 man rotation where only 2 guys can shoot
Out of your mind. He was our first or second best player by the end of last season. If more than one player has regressed, it's on the staff. Under Pike many players regress.Yea, give the worst player on the floor more minutes. He has Jacob Young's out of control style with half the skill.
Would love to know who were the biggest complainers about Paul, and exactly why.5-11 at the line. Issue every damn year.
Have to assume the staff will figure out the best rotations and eventually shorten the bench, but right now everything just looks unorganized & chaotic.
Hyatt and Wolf look ok today (sans the FTs).
Cliff is so disappointing so far this year. No ability to establish himself in the post and mental mistakes left and right.
I’d take Paul over anything we’re seeing thus far from our guards.
I would say Simpson and Cliff were probably our best two down the stretch last year. After four years in the program cliff should also be way better than this. I remember when 50% of the posters here were afraid he would be one and done.Hyatt at least approaches 50%

Oskar is not smart…you need to go to the ball not wait for it.Oskar had weak hands
These kids don't want to play.Another RU team that has regressed … Bryant out hustling RU.
