Football Rutgers Football promotes Charlie Noonan to Defensive Tackles Coach

A loyal son rewarded as well as earning his new position on the staff
>In 2019, Noonan became the linebackers coach and defensive run game coordinator at Lehigh for one season before moving back to Rutgers after the program rehired Schiano in 2020. He stayed as a defensive assistant until 2022 before being moved to quality control in 2023 and then to assistant linebackers coach in 2024 where he worked alongside former defensive coordinator Joe Harasymiak.<

I believe there are no limits for coaches anymore.

I think there still are limits for coaches who can go out and recruit.
You're right, it seems like unlimited number , but not for recruiting purposes according to this:
>"The new policy will keep the number of off-campus recruits to 11, including head coaches. FCS would be able to have 13 assistants recruit off-campus. At the FBS level, head coaches could designate any 10 staffers as countable coaches who can recruit off-campus.
