Window shopping is always free (as long as you don't get creepy that is)He's too old and married for that.
I'm the one who wanted us to volunteer for this every year when the B1G "demanded" Friday night games from everyone. All of which is fine. So don't go. Watch on TV. Or not.
Life's full of decisions. Ain't no crying over "Beach vacation or football game."
It's what we do. 🤷♂️I get that. But when we are home on Labor Day weekend, it's pretty common that games get moved to Thursday or Friday nights. This is nothing new, yet the board always gets upset about it.
Noles play Bama on Sat night (hope we can keep it close), so I had planned to miss Rutgers as it was and promised Pops we'd hit UCFYou're opting for UCF-Jax State? You lost me now Mr. Smooth.
That explains it.Noles play Bama on Sat night (hope we can keep it close), so I had planned to miss Rutgers as it was and promised Pops we'd hit UCF
Figured that was a shorter drive from Orlando - Tally then Naples - Tally on Friday morning
Unless my Pops hits it of with an older, attractive and preferably quasi-wealthy UCF female, it'll strictly be a window-shopping situationWindow shopping is always free (as long as you don't get creepy that is)
As much as I like college football, no way I'm making a one-off trip down to O-town to see the Golden Knights vs. Jacksonville StateThat explains it.
LMFAO. When do you work? You’re the picture of underemployment.Yeah I hate it. People do work for living and it effects 2 days...at least if it was Friday that's just a day
Better than roasting in the 90 degree sun. Night games just have a different feelShould bring up last year's thread, so people don't have to post the same things over again, lol. As always, I love early season night games and love the Thursday night games before Labor Day, as does our crew.
At that point take Wednesday. After all, need a day to prepare for the tailgate, no?Anyone who doesn't take Thursday and Friday off isn't trying.
If the date is changed after tickets have already been sold anyone who has already bought a ticket should be entitled to a refund if they request it.
I know they won't do it. But they should.Good luck with that.
Considering I think Rutgers Athletics is about to illegally auto-renew all basketball season tickets, I wouldn't hold your breath on them giving refunds because they moved one game up a couple of days.
I would imagine the Terms and Conditions give them the right to move gamedays and times.
maybe we can get 6:42? Is that "just right"? :-)Too early.
And it hasn’t been decided yet anyway, TV or time.
I do too. Good excuse to take a 1/2 day! Go for a swim before packing up the car and heading to the game.Should bring up last year's thread, so people don't have to post the same things over again, lol. Working from the yellow lotChange "working" from home to "working" from home game.
Certainly no shadier than the quiet vacation.Change "working" from home to "working" from home game.
