Rutgers is Allergic to Experience in Athletics

University President with no experience heading a university with big time sports. Hires an AD with no substantial AD experience. This AD in turn hires a FB HC with no HC experience. This HC hires an OC with one year FCS OC experience. And a DC with no P5 D experience.

Not saying they won't or can't succeed, but odds are stacked against.

Not entirely sure what you mean. I wouldn't say NJ public jobs typically go to the inexperienced.

We are not in a group of 5 We are in the BIG Eastern division. 2021 and we can finally do what we cannot right now.

Rutgers is woefully behind the other Big Ten schools in alumni giving.
