I wouldn't think Season tickets include Mini-Plans. That is just flat out lying. 3 games vs 6-7

Would depend on how it's set up. For some teams, if they have 6 home games and they sell 3 game mini plans, then every 2 mini-plans = 1 season ticket equivalent in their count
