Rutgers was actually the tougher team tonight. UCLA looked like a bottom of the conference team like us. They have now lost 5 of their last 6 games.
Just realized that Derkack and Hayes were both DNP
I disagree. UCLA played hard tonight. We played harder. And with Harper almost back at full strength and the change in the lineup, we played with a chip on our shoulder and won a well fought battle.
I would have liked to see Hayes in there a little bit. Truthfully, I did not miss Derkack at all tonight.
Great win. Felt more like a Vintage Pike team performance. Cut down to a 9 man rotation and it worked wonders — hope things stay that way

Its Ok. They travelled about 10 times.
We played great, UCLA is definitely a struggling team at the moment though. They continue on this trajectory and they won’t even go to the tourney, they are in a full blown tailspin. We were actually tougher than them, Cronin looks like he’s right about them being soft. We out rebounded them by 8, we were great, UCLA not so much.
