I see a lot of parallels between Rutgers and Colorado. Their coach is in his 4 year with a record @ Colorado of 19-29, listed below. I saw them play USC in 14 and they were the worst D1 team I had ever seen from a talent perspective. They won 2 conference games the first three years. Much like we are now/Shea era. They suffered some horrific losses, just like are. Those on this board would have been saying to fire him after a year, which Colorado was happy not to follow that strategy. He looked like a terrible coach during this time. But he kept recruiting, which is making him look like a great coach now. Their facilities have gotten better as has their support grown with Pac 12 inclusion. Much like we need to do and are doing. It's going to take time, but this is a similar trajectory I see Rutgers taking, provided Ash can continue to recruit.
