Rutgers vs CCNY Game Thread

Two years ago, we were tied at home at halftime against d3 Rutgers-Newark in our opener.

We look very good, crisp, etc. The only glaring weakness is we gotta hit some outside shots!!! Nobody... repeat nobody hit one. In fact not even close.

Corey is probably our best shooter from 3. He hit one. Hopefully mike williams gets his stroke back

My one concern is i think geo is going to struggle mightily on the defensive end. Just seems to lack quickness

I laughed when the announcers said CCNY was picked to finish near the bottom of their conference. So not only are we playing a D3 team, but we’re playing one who isn’t even going to compete with their peers.

Agree. I’m fine with a “scrimmage” for an opener but it should be somewhat competive or you really don’t get much out of it.
