Yes...there's digging there but not as much as on the section of land between Rockafeller Rd and the RAC. I get a good view of it from the 5th floor of the RBS building and I still can't tell what's going on there. There are no windows facing the Scarlet Lot so I can't give a good description of what is going on behind the curtain on that side. There's nothing going on like digging the foundation there. Just grading, surveying, staking out services. When I see a concrete pump I'll know something's up. .
