Looking a mess already. What do they practice? Need to get Osh off the wing if she is not going to use the driving lane right in front of her or take the wide open foul shot they are giving her. Need Liz in that spot. She'll take the shot and likely make them pay.

Oh, thanks. They showed Martino in the starting line-up when they showed their pictures. I didn't see Osh. Glad she is OK. What about Sayawni?
I saw he put Say in right before the half. I like her game better than Jaylin's, but Tim seems to prefer Jaylin. This is the first I have gotten to see Shug. She looks like she could be a good addition.

Osh is going through the growing pains of learning to play from the wing. She finally took the driving lane, drew the defender from Sakima, now standing wide open on the block, and Osh looks to pass it out into a crowded area instead of hitting Sakima for a layup.
She has got to get more comfortable with taking a three. They are 10 feet away from her when she's out at the arc.

You know, Jailyn is not a bad player when playing from the wing. She just was not great at running the point. Part of that was probably due to the coach's implementation of the offense.
The last few minutes is where Tim messes up. Wrong people in the game.Is Sayawni being disciplined or something. She's seeing no time. Why does Tim insist on using Destiny in the post before Sakima or Chyna. Why not try Sakima and Chyna together and go inside. They are killing us on the offensive board it seems. Sakima and Chyna could change that.
13 turnovers. We go into scoring slumps. Pitt ends quarter on 9-1 run. We have to get with it on offense or this game gets out of hand.
5:18 to go and Tim has 4 guards and Osh in the game. We're getting killed inside. Why not have a Chyna or Sakima in the game at all times to help with rebounding, With Sanderlin playing well, keep Dickson and Lasha in and get some size to help Osh. Don;t need Victoria in the game right now.

It's time for Nadine to take over if CVS can't come back.
Does Tim ever consult with his assistants. I never see them say anything to him during the game. The one gentleman assistant, don't know who he is, sometimes says something in Tim's ear, but I don't see Nadine or Michelle say anything to him.
Tim made us the inferior team tonight. His lineups gave them the advantage inside which is what lost the game.

Especially when you look at the shooting of our other players.
I have waited until now to post my thoughts about Tim as I wanted to give him a chance, but I have to agree that he needs to go. He just isn't getting it done. He seems to be playing so many people out of their normal positions and it isn't working. He makes so many questionable substitutions and none of his rotations seem to gel. He also needs to work on getting Sakima and Chyna more playing time as Tyia is having a really tough time in all aspects of het game (although expecting her to play the 5 is just using her out of position too and she fouls a lot). They all just look lost.
