KS tweeted that Rutgers has opened an investigation as to what Flood knew about the police investigations and when he knew it. So, there's an investigation into the investigation which will likely lead to further investigation.

I tried to cut & paste the twitter exchange but it didn't really work.

@JabbsNNJ He's being investigated as to when and what he knew about the legal troubles they faced, and why officials apparently didn't know
