31 and 1 I watched them eat up my niece and her Spotswood teammates last night. As talented a public school team as I have ever seen. Press from start to finish. No mistakes ..All can shoot All play ridiculous D Amazingly well coached. Somehow Franklin beat them last week
Franklin must be as good as Uconn. It was the kind of team I want to watch at the RAC.

Way to go my girls, from a proud Bomber alumni. Best Sayreville girl's team ever. I vividly remember watching the next best teams led by Rhonda Rompola (long time SMU head coach) 40 years ago. She went on to play w room mate and legend Nancy Lieberman on their way to a National championship at then powerhouse Old Dominion.

Some more interesting trivia connecting RU through CVS is that the one team my Rompola led Sayreville Bombers always came 2nd too, was Piscataway. They were led by sleek super talented forward named Val Walker. Val went on to play for Cheney State and a young coach named Charlene Vivian Stringer, who brought Cheney State to the Final Four of the then NCAA equivalent, the AIWA.
