If it’s limited to just those 4 items they defined it can definitely work from an economics perspective
They are taking a page out of the Savanah Bananas playbook who have been doing this for awhile. many other ball parks have all you can eat sections. I think it a great idea as it really makes it a great value and family friendly.

I believe that even if you only allow 1 of each item per person, that would be about $25 or close to it. Of course, the actual cost of those items are most likely under under $1 in total.
