Semi OT: still haven't heard from my ticket rep

Not a single call or email. I've had a different guy each of the past two years and honestly forget the name of who I had last year. I'm assuming he left and I fell through the cracks.

Sorry to bitch, I've donated to the Rutgers build,just haven't renewed since no call. Any one else in the same boat?
 
FYI - lots of changes recenlty IIRC IMG has taken over ALL ticket operations recently so maybe a "glitch" or two. Maybe give them a a quick holla'?
 
Why?last year I renewed in April and moved to better seats. I went from 118 to 124. Zero motivation to call and renew. But if they call me, I'll give my credit card number.

The ticket reps constantly quit. Job is probably low pay and horrible, like I imagine it would be. At least my last guy emailed me his last week and said he was leaving and gave me name and phone number of new person. I didn't bother using it though and just renewed online.
 
@KeithK7624 I emailed my ticket rep, Anilisa, about this thread and the other one and received this reply within 24 hours. If your rep is unknown or not getting back to you maybe you should try reaching out to Anilisa, she is awesome.

These threads actually came up in our staff meeting this morning, but I will definitely bring it up again in our service and retention meeting on Thursday. As the head of the service department, I do take all feedback and see how we can improve.

We do plan on having all of our season ticket holders called by the middle of the month. With over 8,000 accounts, plus selling men's and women's basketball & wrestling and servicing our season ticket holders for those sports, we are trying our best to make as many calls as possible each day! As always, season ticket holders are more than welcome to call their ticket rep directly with any questions, or even the main ticket line at (866)445-GORU ext 8. That extension takes people directly to our office. Our reps are really great at getting back to people if not by the end of that day, by the end of the next day.
