Since our Rutgers players seem to prefer "Black Out" colors and played a great game against Michigan State, should we declare another "Black Out" game for beating Ohio State?
What creative "Black Out" ideas can you come up with for the game?
[eyeroll]If we are all in red there is no way to know how many OSU fans are there.
Ha. Thought the same thing. Keep it red so the stadium actually looks filled. Sad but trueIf we are all in red there is no way to know how many OSU fans are there.

Yea a blackout that isn't made official. That sounds like a brilliant idea chief. You realize people still refuse to wear black at the blackout gamesPoppycock. The stadium looked fine sat and at most blackout games I've been to.
Truth is the blaxks just look much better. And think about it. - do you feel better for an important meeting in your best suit or your worst one?
I say black it out again. But don't need to make it official.
Al....very disappointed. You look much better in Scarlet next to Scarlet ;)I say YES OP!
Actually the only official school color is Scarlet. The blacks are sick. They are a school color. Make a statement on field and with the unis!

Umm you obviously didn't read your own post. Rutgers only official color is Scarlet. "Conjuction colors" aren't official. The Big Ten also only recognize Scarlet as Rutgers singular color. So the school and the conference completely put your statement in the waste basketFrom the official site:
"Rutgers' official school color is scarlet. Rutgers scarlet is often used in conjunction with black, gray, and white."

Then they bring in their 3rd string QB/WR who was a heisman favorite before getting injured last yearThe only blackout I want to see is both OSU QBs after they've been blindsided on a blitz.

This is ridiculous. Not everyone goes out and buys a new wardrobe for 1 game a year. It was cold so I wore a coat, my coat was blue does that make me a bad fan?Yea a blackout that isn't made official. That sounds like a brilliant idea chief. No it doesn't and I never said it did. People still refuse to wear black. I saw plenty of folks in red. The same red shirt they wear every week. So be it.This is ridiculous. I think its more about the crowd showing up in black. But definitely - black is our best look anyway in our current set. its at night. At home. Against the #1 (presumably) team in the country. on national TV.The team has worn black at home for a 2nd time in a season before without calling it an official blackout....
God no. My kids pop warmer uni's are betterWe should go with the throwbacks again
