Was thinking about making a sign for tomorrow. Does anyone have a high resolution photo of the Knight Mascot? Preferably the one that is the realistic one?

Anyone know how to crop/isolate a person or in this case, the mascot from the background? Is there an easy way to do this without any editing software?
