First off, Trilly Donovan is by all accounts Andrew Slater. He is plugged in but is only reporting a rumor here. Can't imagine Harper considering seriously or even visiting Kansas. If it was a random recruit from say Maryland who was down to Rutgers and Duke,maybe.This recruitment is not a normal one as Rutgers is connected on every conceivable metric including putting the grunt work in. Dylan will play with Ace and Rutgers will be a national force next season.And it won't just be about them,but equally Gavin,Derek,Mag,etc.Enjoy the ride,not the rumors.
