We lost 70-64 first go about. 10-18 from the charity stripe. 4-17 from 3, so there's definitely room for improvement.

They've got some good wins this year. 17 total, with 7 in the B1G.

What do we have to worry about?

Where do we have any advantages?

Why is tOSU having such a down year for them?

Definitely a beatable team and a nice draw for us. Would of preferred Nebraska. But this will do nicely and set us up for a potential win.

We lost last game the moment Corey fouled out with a few minutes left. I think we have gelled alot, teammates are trusting eachother more and i wouldnt be shocked if we move on.

the last game was a HOME game for OSU & we went down to the wire until Corey fouled out.

We are a better team right now and have some momentum...,,,,,DEF a winnable game.
I prefer to play OSU because one of my best buddies now living in Israel is an OSU grad

Corey fouled out with about 5 minutes left. We were still tied with about 1:15 or so left. We played well without Corey but we were only 55% (10-18) on free throws and 4-17 on three's. I like our chances on a neutral site. Hopefully we can get a W.

The first time we played, the refs called a tight game and we had foul trouble. Gettys had 2 fouls with 7:01 to go in the first, and picked up his 3rd just 3 minutes into the 2nd half. Sanders had 2 fouls with 4:25 to go in the first... then got hit with 3 more in a span of 1:32 late in the 2nd half.

There were 22 fouls called against us - we've only had two games with more all season. There were 41 total fouls called in the game, which was the most in any of our regulation-length conference game this season (Wisconsin OT game saw 45 total fouls). Have to imagine that tomorrow's game will revert to the mean a bit, and will have a somewhat looser whistle - which would play in our favor.

Of course, with the tighter game, that led to more foul shots.... which they hit at a higher rate than their normal (76% vs. their season average 68.9%), and we hit at a lower rate (55.6% vs. a season average of 62.0%). They were also better from the arc than usual, while we were worse.

So, we ended up on the short end of a lot that game.... yet still managed to have it tied on the road with 1:19 remaining.

The Big10 broadcasters just picked us to pull off the upset. That's probably the kiss of death. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
