I read this flag as saying "wait listed at Rutgers, attending Penn State" :sunglasses:

And before any PSU folks jump in and claim BS, yes it does happen.

I read it as I have a kid at each school. I've seen parents wear split jerseys for just such a reason. Brook and Robin Lopez' mother has a split Knick-Nets jersey for that reason.

1) fat chance if it's a Penn State girl.
2) you can also tell it's a Rutgers girl because any self respecting Rutgers man would rather have NO flag than a split flag.

some of us have children/grandchildren/spouses who went there and yes I know for a fact you can be wait listed at RU but accepted to PSU main campus.
