very surprising, speaks well for Mullin being able to motivate his less talented team to secure a victory vs a better team in Syracuse. In his first ten games... Not bad

Yes we have the Wisconsin game to think of, but really that was Mack and Jack willing us to victory more than anything that night

I would give 30+ in Vegas. Even after the vast talent and coaching gap, how motivated do you think Wisconsin's gonna be?

Anyone who thinks they won't miss a beat once Boeheim retires should be paying attention.

I understand St. Johns has a long ways to go to be consistently competitive, but they are fun to watch, and I doubt Mullin will need 5 years to build a winner. Its about coaching and recruiting, and Mullin seems to be getting it done so far.

Way too early...Mullin had a lot of "NBA" in him when RU was going on runs and SJU was playing ridiculously bad D. Difference between the 2 is Mullin's use of his assistants.

Shoot 12-24 from three vs that zone and you can beat them. A couple of very average SHU teams beat them badly at Cuse with hot shooting. But yes, great job by Mullin keeping it together. If they get Rawle Akins, watch out. Regardless, he will get good players quickly.
