Those are some impressive stats but also shows our deficiencies where we can clearly get better. Like the free throw % , 3 point shooting. All of the defensive stats, like blocks, steals, fg% defense, points allowed reflect this coach and his staff's imprint.

Reminds me of the time they actually took a picture of the scoreboard after the third quarter of a football game against Miami when it was only 17-14. We got our asses handed to us, but for some reason hanging in for three quarters -- something a lot of underdogs do, by the way -- was something to celebrate.

Take a picture of the "standings" now. I know things will get better -- I really believe that -- but this is not the year. The first good team we played we lost by double digits. Let's just be more competitive this year, win the "winnable" home games, steal one or two somewhere else and look forward to really good things in the future.
