A couple of interesting articles on the Texas State OC Stitt and how his play, the Fly Sweep Pass, is being run all over the NFL and even the playoffs now.

Seems like it could be a good play to run with Melton or Blackshear next year.
Hopefully we start incorporating some of this stuff in 2019.

I've mentioned him here in the past as possible OC ....also when McNulty was hired. He was the former Colorado School of Mines HC, went to Montana did a so-so job not up to their high expectations and spent the last season as consultant on Gundy's staff at Ok. State. Pretty solid offensive combo between him and Spavital...if they do well there could see a P5 job in their futures.

I've read and heard many stories about NFL coaching staffs hiring a guy or two specifically to watch HS/College games looking for plays and trends that they can "steal" and use.

I wouldn't doubt that the more progressive teams are also watching CFL games.

If a team could develop a couple lateral plays - could absolutely effective and unpredictable.
One problem would be roster turnover and having players long enough to really implement it.

This one worked pretty well.
2020 - Harbor/Moxon for HC and OC.
