Not bringing in another center was the biggest mistake in the off sesson. Even just a 6-10 low major body. We know it. Coaches have learned it. Martini is now our back up 5. Lathan will foul out every game being forced to play 30 minutes.

Ewin. But again a mistake by Pike. The center market was going crazy and apparently all we had to do was pony up more money (which we had) but we said no we’ll get another center. We never did and the market went crazy. Ewin looks pretty good, he would have been a bargain.

This season was over before this. For me this will be a real good opportunity to see what value the coach brings having to adjust to this loss. I don't think he did a great job when losing Mag but here's another opportunity to be creative and develop a plan. Substitution patterns , etc. We're losing a significant rebounder. And a few fouls and size vs. the other B1G bodies.
I hope he had a nice talk with LS who needs to grow up faster and further and play smarter. Let's see how they handle this (him and Pike).
