The full 42 game bowl schedule

Thanks for posting. Sucks we have an 8 year drought in playing in a Bowl.
Hopefully we get there in the next few years.

First, congratulations and good luck to Cole Snyder in the Camelia Bowl against Georgia Southern. Leave RU and bowl dreams come true.

Second, best of luck to our former OC, Jerry Kill, taking New Mexico State bowling in the Quick Lane Bowl against Bowling Green. New Mexico State took a Big Ten bowl spot because there were not enough six win teams to fill their bowl allotment.

I love the Bahamas Bowl. I watch it every year. And the Cheez-It Bowl always is a good hame wiyh random drama sprinkled in.

No Army??????? A win vs. Navy puts them at 6-6 with no bowl?? I thought that there were a couple of bowls that they had a tie in.

Being an independent, Army has no conference tie-ins for most bowl games.
There are only a couple they can qualify to play in
I did read they would be bowl eligible if they beat Navy but I'm not sure anything would still be open.
The Armed Forces Bowl is one the can get into and that's got Baylor and Air Force

I thought that the Military Bowl or the Armed Forces bowl would go to Army if qualified. I thought I saw that in a pre season article.
I guess not.

Army can sit home like we did in 1984 when we beat them and they played Michigan State.

That list proves in the B1G you can get a NYD game with an 8-4 record.

And even a post Christmas game with a 6-6.

Not too shabby.😎

Was the mission for the OP to pick out the worst game of the entire bowl schedule?

Wtf cares about Uconn v Marshall?

42 bowl games. As long as there is an ESPN need for programming there will be a ridiculous number of bowl games.
ESPN was founded in 1979. That year there were 15 bowl games.

I'll be in Orlando for FSU - Oklahoma
We owe them for 2000, which is quite possibly the worst game I've ever witnessed - still get sick to my stomach thinking about it

Great, legendary program steeped in tradition. Awesome fan base. Gets me out of the cold for a few days
Really looking forward to it

How ridiculous is it that small school Tulane whose program has been garbage for 40 years save for a fluke 12-0 season in 98 which only got them to the Liberty Bowl, is in the Cotton Bowl vs USC

AAC Champs. We can always go back...no guarantee Greggo gets us a championship there though.

there needs to be less bowls

Actually, I think teams need to stop scheduling weak non competitive OOC teams to beat so they can get to 6-6 to get into a Bowl.

Did Greg say he was trying to soften the schedule of future Rutgers OOC football games.

At least the Bowl games will feature competitive teams playing which will be much more interesting than many of the OOC games played during the year.

HAIL TO PITT!!!!
