RU constantly got bad press because RU's athletics department had been run terribly for years.

There's already a change in the perception of RU nationally now that we cleaned up our department. I think you'll see a change in local media as well.

Either way, there's ALWAYS going to be leaks. But with Hobbs in charge and everyone in the department on the same page, lets hope the leaks will be more positive.

There are planned leaks everywhere. It's the unplanned, undesired leaks of what should remain internal issues that are the problem and that contribute a lot to whatever truth there is that the RU athletics department has not been well.

I think we'll see a change in local media because it appears that RU has decided to plug the leaks and fight back against the ridiculously slanted RU coverage by NJ.COM and the Ledger. It's about time.
