Refs 1 - Rutgers 0 (USC will get help but they probably won't need it)

USC 31 - Rutgers 20 (and I "never" predict losses.. Please, Rutgers, prove me wrong)

Yes, I often complain about refs.. because they tend to screw us. Doesn't always happen.. but in Big Ten games.. pretty common. "real" Big Ten teams get calls. Star programs get calls. Some Big Ten HOME teams get calls (looking at you, Iowa).

I suspect Big Ten had to add west-coast Pac 12 officials teams and I think we'll have some former PAC officials for this game. But midwest or west coast refs.. do any of them have any fondness for New Jersey or East Coast folk?

Not true.

Why do some people always feel the need to excuse poor or biased officiating and try to silence those who disagree?

I know your coaches tell you not to complain and that makes perfect sense. Many Hall of Fame coaches were big-time complainers themselves. And we are spectators, not participants.

If you cannot see bad calls and talk about them and wonder about the reasons why calls were made.. if you have to self-censor in order to be seen as acceptable by strangers who think what they coaches told them as children was the word of god... I feel sorry for you.

Try something different next game against USC, make a note of how
many times USC was screwed by the refs. Ya know, try to be a little objective.
