The three newbie B1G coaches

Of the three new B1G coaches, who do you think will have the most success? On the flip side who do you think will get fired first?

My bias tells me that Ash will have the most success, Durkin will do well and do much better than Edsall, Smith is a great defensive coach but can his NFL success translate to college?

I want Ash to do the best but Smith is in the easier division and IF he can get Chicago to believe in him will have a ton of players staying home for State U.

The Illini have major issues for sure but at least Lovie has the edge over RU and UMd in that he's taking over a program with a pretty good QB to build the offense around.

Unfortunately there's not much else for him to hang his hat on.
