They should fire the leaker, they have released personal and confidential information on a staye employee, as well as information on legal matter. Flood should also sue.

Don't believe that's the way to go guys. It could really blow up in Rutgers face.

I understand some want their pound of flesh but that could end up being an even bigger story. The media as a whole would not react kindly to a story "source" being dragged over the coals.
 
Need to make an example of the person because they did it with intent to harm the reputation of the school - that is about as malicious as it gets.

Be careful, whistle blower potential protection may apply. I agree the original leak might run afoul of confidentiality rules for employees and students, but someone leaked that Floods job was safe and may have leaked the identity of the original leaker.

Rutgers needs a few good plumbers to stop this shi*.
 
Flood is innocent. Let the leaker deal with the embarrassment. Legally speaking, we don't know if the leaker did anything wrong. Even if he did, it's time to let's this die. We have football games to win
