Has anyone received a call from their rep?

I have yet to hear from mine since the renewal season has started.
 
I've gotten numerous e-mails. Not motivated to pull the trigger yet. Thinking about punting on parking in the assigned lots and going to other options.
 
I got called this morning. I guess my rep graduated or otherwise moved on.
 
yesterday, my cell had one ring and then a hang up from my rep....could not get to the phone in time.... I called her right back, got her voicemail, and no
call after that
 
I heard they all got laid off, RU has gotten ride of the Aspire group

Got a call from mine the other day. General chit chat about the coaching change, how I coming with the house (nice that she remembered), and the holidays. Said she'd call me in February to remind me to make first payment.
 
Got a call a voicemail a couple of weeks ago..haven't called back yet. Really was no incentive for me to buy as early this year--plus I'm a bit pre-occupied at work with my own sales season in full swing so renewing my tickets isn't top of mind right now
 
I get calls from our rep all the time during the season. checking in, asking if I need extra tickets to home games or tickets to away games. She called before the holidays to see if I wanted to renew and helped me figure out how many PP I most likely have. She's bubbly and great.

This has been my experience in the past. I received a phone call in Oct/Novfrom my rep stating that he is moving on and that I would receive a call from a new rep. I received an introductory voicemail and have not heard from him since.

I was just wondering if most/many have not heard from their new rep regarding renewal..
 
I heard from my rep 2 weeks after I renewed to tell me renewals and seat donations are coming due. So much for them checking their system before they make phone calls.
 
Have heard from my rep twice since renewals have opened up, but haven't pulled the trigger just yet. I will. It's just nice to have the same rep for a continued stretch after having 3 in 8 months last year.

That cannot be true. I got a call from Analisa a few weeks back prompting me to renew. She was pleasant as always, but for some reason she's always insistent about screaming at me....
 
I have had excellent personal service from them the last few years. Matt Z. is my rep. $$$$

I agree...she's awesome (although a bit high pitched when she calls in the morning!). But she really cares, and when I call with miscellaneous wants or needs, I really feel like she makes an effort to accommodate. She has gotten in contact with other people at the Foundation to try to make some stuff work.

With football, I was trying to move seats together, and had agreed to accept a certain arrangement with her on the phone. She called me back the next day, and said she had someone else move, so she could give me even better seats than what I had agreed to. No way she had to do that... and we really appreciated it.

She is an asset to the school.

Have Analisa also and I agree she is great. Somehow she talked me into renewing today. I hadn't planned on doing it this soon, but she is certainly persuasive.

Since last week I have left 5 to 6 voice mails and emails not a single response and God forbid if someone answers the phone. I'm unable to access my account for what ever reason and I'm getting pretty po'd
 
heard from Matt yesterday. Agree. Nice young man.
My Rep is Matt also but there are actually two Matt's and mines last name starts with a P. He's a Syracuse grad from Edison but a very good kid and rep that I'd recommend for sure.
 
No call from my rep. I always call her and quite frankly I don't care for her. When I express frustrations about things,I.e. Being booted from the lot I was in for many years, she gets very defensive. So I just handle myself
