Howard is a terrific soccer goalie from North Brunswick .Hopefully,he will play for the USA in the Olympics and other international competition.

It's crazy how many elite US soccer players are from NJ. MIchael Bradley, Alejandro Bedoya, Jozy Altidore, Tim Howard all from central NJ. The woman's side is full of them as well. The same could be said about keeping NJ talent at home for soccer as can be said for football.

I have known Tim since he was five years old, as he became my son's best friend in kindergarten. By the time they were in third grade, we knew Timmy would be a pro in some sport, just didn't know which one. He was so far advanced of the other kids his age, it was ridiculous. I am so proud of his accomplishments, as he worked hard for everything. He was always such a nice and respectful person growing up, and from what I hear, he still is. Not surprised at all that he gives so much back to the community. I wish more star athletes were like this.
